Can Sunny & Ker produce the products in different colour or different fabric?

Yes, we can but there will be some additional charges for the changes of fabric.

What if we find that the products have some defect or shortage during shipment?

We seldom come across such cases. However in genuine case, we will take responsibility

Can I mix several models in one container?

I’m sorry that we do not work on mix container programme.

Can Sunny & Ker pack the table in Double wall carton?

Yes, our Standard Export carton box is on Brown colour made of Double Wall (5 ply) with burnst strength of 150 lbs.

Can Sunny & Ker pack the product in White Box and with colour label?

Yes, please send us an email for confirmation.

Can Sunny & Ker produce the chair to meet UKFR standard?

Yes, we can do it, but the price will be slightly higher.

What type of payment is needed?

We accept payment through LC or T/T (30% deposit and the balance of 70% T/T upon our fax copy of shipping documents).
